We are deeply moved by the challenges that medically fragile children and their families are up against. We understand that caring for medically fragile children is not a business, or a career, or a job. It is a calling, to make a difference in the lives of these children and their families. We see an opportunity to improve each child’s quality of life by providing lifesaving medical equipment, supplies and services to children and their families with medical complexities who otherwise could not afford the services.
Our Mission
The Mission of RGV Kidz place Foundation, INC, a 501c3, is to help provide lifesaving equipment, supplies and services to children and their families with medical complexities who otherwise could not afford the services, in an effort to optimize their quality of life.
The foundation provides community awareness and options for kids with medical complexities. We care deeply about every single child with medical complexities as well as their loved ones. Our purpose is to make sure every day is filled with love, respect and dignity.
How contributions to the Foundation may be used

A Message from Yandel
"Hi! My name is Yandel. I am 12 years old, and I love arts & crafts, playing with my friends, and dancing. I have been diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy and seizures, but I don’t let that stop me from having fun and being active. However, I get tired easily and can be unbalanced at times due to my diagnosis. For my safety, I need a specialized chair that I use quite often. Unfortunately, my insurance does not cover or provide one for me. It cost $1500, which is a lot for my family. I pray and hope with your support, we will be able to raise enough money to afford one.

services.
The Corporation is organized exclusively for charitable, religious, educational, and scientific purposes, including for such purposes, the making of distributions to organization that qualify as an exempt organization under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code
No part of the net earnings of the organization shall inure to the benefit of, or be distributed to its members. trustees, officers, or other private persons, except that the
organization shall be authorized and empowered to pay reasonable compensation for services rendered and to make payments and distributions in furtherance of the purposes
set forth in the purpose clause hereof. No substantial part of the activities of the corporation shall consist of the carrying on of propaganda or otherwise attempting to influence legislation, and the corporation shall not participate in, or intervene in, any political campaign on behalf of any candidate for public office. Notwithstanding any other provision of this document, the organization shall not carry on any other purposes not permitted to be carried on (a) by an organization exempt from federal income tax under section 501(c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or corresponding section of any future federal tax code, or (b) by an organization, contributions to which are deductible under section 170(c) (2) of the Internal Revenue Code, or corresponding section of any future federal tax code.
